Privacy Policy

Overview

Jugglr is a visual task app for iOS, Android, and the web. This page covers the Jugglr app at app.getjugglr.com and this website at getjugglr.com.

We collect only what we need to run your account and sync your tasks. We do not sell your data.

What we collect

If you create an account, we store:

• Your name and email address
• A hashed password, not the password itself
• The tasks you create: title, optional description, due date, importance, effort, recurrence, completion, and how subtasks relate to a parent task
• Sign-in session data, which may include a session token, IP address, and browser or app identifier

If you use the sandbox without an account, we do not save your tasks. They stay in memory on your device and disappear when you close the app or reload the page.

This marketing site has no accounts and no forms. Your browser may load fonts from Google Fonts when you open these pages.

What we do not collect

• We do not use advertising networks
• We do not use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs in the app
• We do not ask for camera, photos, contacts, calendar, location, microphone, or notification permissions

How we use this data

We use it to create your account, keep you signed in, and sync your tasks across devices. We do not use it for ads, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

We use service providers to run Jugglr:

• Neon hosts the database that stores accounts and tasks
• Vercel hosts the API, the web app, and this website
• Expo builds the mobile app and can deliver app updates

Those providers process data only to provide those services.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and tasks while the account exists.

You can delete individual tasks in the app. That delete is permanent.

To delete your account and all stored tasks, email nannie@fastmail.com. We will delete the account and the data tied to it.

Sandbox tasks are not stored, so there is nothing to retain or delete after you leave.

Signing out ends that session. Your account and tasks stay on the server until you ask us to delete them.

Security

We send data over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as hashes.

Children

Jugglr is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think we have, email nannie@fastmail.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
